The verification test will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) through the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) Program.

It will be performed by Battelle, which is managing the ETV Advanced Monitoring Systems (AMS) Center through a cooperative agreement with EPA.

The scope of the AMS Center covers verification of monitoring, sampling, characterization, and detection technologies.
