(Springer) Springer has reached a milestone with the publication of the 5,000th volume in the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science.

The series provides scientifically reliable information on computer science in about 200,000 articles. LNCS has become one of the world's most authoritative computer science research forums, spanning all areas of computer science and information technology research and development.
