Recent Science Inventory records from the EPA  Wed, 12/03/2008 - 10:30

ToxCast is a research program to predict or forecast toxicity by evaluating a broad spectrum of chemicals and effects; physical-chemical properties, predicted bioactivities, HTS and cell-based assays, and genomics.

Data will be interpretively linked to known or predicted toxicological properties to develop methods for chemical classification and prioritizing subsequent testing.

Recent Science Inventory records from the EPA  Fri, 11/07/2008 - 12:29

EPA's National Center for Computational Toxicology is building capabilities to support a new paradigm for toxicity screening and prediction.

The DSSTox project is improving public access to quality structure-annotated chemical toxicity information in less summarized forms than traditionally employed in SAR modeling, and in ways that facilitate data-mining, and data read-across.
