NASA and ATK Investigate Failed Launch Of Hypersonic Experiments

An Alliant Tech Systems suborbital rocket carrying two NASA hypersonic experiments was destroyed shortly after liftoff from NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia Friday.

No injuries or property damage were immediately reported.
