The overarching goal of this research is to develop state level indicators of environmental pollution, population exposure, and population health risks.

The investigation will include a longitudinal analysis of changes over time that will provide a framework for evaluating the environmental and public health impacts of environmental policies and address the fundamental question ?Have our environmental policies worked??
