  • This sensor did exactly what is suppose to do. I took it out of the box, followed the instructions and it started working just fine. LaCrosse makes a very good product.
     
  • I had to replace the original sensor b/c the double-sided tape did not hold up to the painted surface of my home. It was tucked under the roof and safe from the elements but did not hold. It hit the ground from approx 8' up and the dog chomped on it a...
     
  • These sensors worked flawlessly from the moment that we put the battery's in them. So far they have registered 2 to 75 degrees without a hitch. We are very happy.
     
  • Be careful to put batteries in correctly. And don't let it get soaking wet, a few drops are OK. I ruined one when it was knocked from its outside protected location and got very wet. Original lasted 3 years.
     
  • The transmitter was purchased to replace one. It is working quite well as of this date.
