A modeling framework to select, design, and place BMPs in urban watersheds to protect source waters and meet water quality goals...design requirements include: GIS interface; Watershed simulation module; Cost-optimization module.

Intended users are those with a fundamental understanding of watershed and BMP modeling processes. Not intended for modeling neophytes.
