FLUX is an interactive program designed for use in estimating the loadings of nutrients or other water quality components passing a tributary sampling station over a given period of time.

These estimates can be used in formulating reservoir nutrient balances over annual or seasonal averaging periods appropriate for application of empirical eutrophication models.
