Energy Strategy To Combat Climate Change Proposed

To even begin to combat climate change effectively, carbon dioxide emissions have to fall sharply: to 1 ton per capita per year.

An energy strategy based on the three Es: increased efficiency, renewable energy and electrification may be what is needed to meet this goal.
