Dr. Bhakta Rath elected to National Academy of Engineering

Dr. Bhakta Rath, associate director of research and head of the materials science and component technology directorate at the Naval Research Laboratory, has been elected to the National Academy of Engineering.

Dr. Rath is recognized for "leadership in advancing materials research and technology to support national security."
