CO2 levels rising as climate talks loom

Scientists say carbon dioxide concentrations are on their way to a near-certain record high that could lead to scientists' worst-case scenarios about global warming, droughts, flooding, and plant and animal die-offs.Researchers at a key observatory in Hawaii say global warming gases are building in the atmosphere at record levels from emissions that match worst-case scenarios.
