California to help climate by curbing sprawl

A new home development goes up last month in Pacifica, Calif.California Gov.

Arnold Schwarzenegger signed legislation that attempts to ease greenhouse gas emissions by giving priority to transportation projects that limit commutes and curb urban sprawl.
