Arctic sea ice drops to 2nd lowest level

According to a report released Tuesday by the U.S.<br /><br />National Snow and Ice Data Center, Arctic ice levels have dropped sharply, with the sea ice extent dipping below the 2005 minimum.<br /><br />More ominous signs have scientists saying that a global warming "tipping point" in the Arctic seems to be happening before their eyes.
